Her role at 1848 Ventures
Ashley collaborates with the 1848V team to define and drive the talent strategy work. She ensures we attract, develop, and retain a diverse, highly qualified team, but also makes sure our new team members integrate well and have the most meaningful, impactful career possible.

She’s held leadership roles in talent acquisition and talent management specializing in organizational development and design, culture merger and acquisition, high potential identification and development, employment branding/value proposition, and employee experience. Her experience spans industries including fintech, healthcare, and technology.
