Ashley collaborates with the 1848 Ventures team to define and drive the talent strategy work. She ensures we attract, develop, and retain a diverse, highly qualified team, but also makes sure our new team members integrate well and have the most meaningful and impactful career possible.

Ashley has held leadership roles in talent acquisition and talent management, specializing in organizational development and design, culture merger and acquisition, high potential identification and development, employment branding/value proposition, and employee experience. Ashley’s career path has spanned several industries, including fintech, healthcare, and technology.

Helping people reach their full potential — making sure the right people are in the right places and able to leverage their strengths.
When she’s not at work, you can find her out on the water — be it the beach, lake, or pool — with her son, Eliot.
